Learn SAFe® From Someone Who Lives Lean-Agile

Peter Graham, Founder and Managing Partner of PSG Solutions

Peter Graham

PSG Founder | Managing Partner, SAFe® 6.0 Practice Consultant

SAFe® is built on Lean-Agile principles. Your instructor puts those principles to work every day, leading an AI-augmented software firm and helping enterprise clients scale Agile across their organizations.

Peter Graham is the Founder and Managing Partner of PSG Solutions and a certified SAFe® 6.0 Practice Consultant (SPC). For more than 30 years he has led software development, program delivery, and business development for enterprise and consumer software. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to international governments and academic institutions.

Peter isn't a full-time trainer who learned Agile from slides. He leads PSG's software development and Agile transformation practice. He founded PSG Labs, PSG's innovation incubator. He also built Agilelix™, a SaaS platform for running Agile ceremonies, born from observing where everyday team execution breaks down. Every class leverages those practical insights to focus on what actually works in live enterprise delivery.

Before founding PSG, Peter served in Verizon's innovation incubator, where he co-authored an identity lifecycle patent awarded to Verizon and helped design and commercialize next-generation identity products. He represented Verizon on the boards of the Open Identity Exchange and the OpenID Foundation and was a frequent speaker at technology events around the globe to include NIST, the White House, the United Nations, London Admiralty House, the Tokyo Science Center, and NATO. He brings that same clarity and experience to the classroom.

Why train with Peter

A practitioner, not just a presenter.

You'll learn the framework from someone accountable for delivery outcomes on real client programs.

Built for the Monday after class.

The goal isn't just passing an exam—it's giving you the practical tools and frameworks needed to maintain team momentum when you return to the office.

Enterprise and regulated-industry experience.

His background spans pharmaceuticals, financial services, telecom, and the public sector, so examples come from environments like yours.

AI-ready Agile.

Peter brings PSG's experience with AI-assisted delivery into the discussion of where SAFe® practices are heading.

Why PSG training

Certification with real enterprise delivery context.

Flexible Split-Week Schedule: Our classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Wednesday off. This gap day allows you to absorb the material, catch up on critical workplace tasks, and return refreshed without losing two back-to-back workdays.

Limited Class Size: We intentionally limit every class to a maximum of 12 students so you never get lost in a crowd, ensuring meaningful Q&A and direct attention from your instructor.

Private team training

Train your whole team on your own schedule.

Private online or in-person classes for up to 30 seats with additional support staff are built for your timeline and backlog.
